On a pure procurement read, Insight is the clear pick: it meets every deliverable OIAI defined, names its people, backs itself with references, and does it for under half the price. MSL's discount to $8,000 narrows the gap but doesn't close the substance gap — you'd still be paying a premium for a team you can't yet name and deliverables (recordings, written feedback) it hasn't committed to.
The strongest move is to proceed with Insight and ask them to adopt the two things MSL does better: a recorded "cold-open" baseline interview before teaching, and a tightly timed agenda shared in advance. Both are low-cost asks that make an already-strong offer complete.
Choose Insight if…
The priority is training quality, named expertise, tangible take-home deliverables, and budget discipline. This is the default recommendation.
Choose MSL only if…
OIAI specifically wants to open or deepen a broader PR/comms relationship with a global network, and can accept unnamed trainers plus a further $3,800 in cost — ideally after they close the deliverable gaps.
